Khalanga Cafe seems like a very good local gem. It’s not the most ‘gourmet’ café in Dehradun, but it's exactly the kind of place you go to unwind, enjoy nature, have a decent coffee, and spend some quality time. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s definitely worth a visit.

We visited this café after a trip to the Khalanga War Memorial, and it turned out to be such a pleasant stop! The place was neat, clean, and beautifully decorated—definitely a cozy spot to relax. The staff was polite and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We ordered quite a lot—macaroni, noodles, Maggi, momos, and pizza—and every single dish was absolutely delicious. We even ordered another pizza, and they were kind enough to add extra cheese the second time! They also added more masala to the Maggi on my request, which was such a thoughtful touch. The only downside was that the plates and spoons could’ve been cleaner. But apart from that, everything else was lovely. Great food, good service, and a peaceful vibe—would definitely visit again!

Visited Khalanga Cafe recently and had a great experience. The atmosphere is peaceful with a nice blend of indoor and outdoor seating. The view around the café adds a calm vibe, especially if you're visiting during evening hours. Food was fresh and nicely presented – we tried the pasta and coffee, and both were spot on. The staff was polite and welcoming. It's a perfect spot if you’re looking for a cozy place to relax with friends or spend some quiet time. Will definitely visit again!
